HARVEST BIBLE CHAPEL | 1988
Beginning in September 1988, Harvest Bible Chapel Chicago met in a conference room with 18 followers of Jesus Christ who wanted a different kind of church in the Chicago area—a church where Christ would be worshiped in Spirit and in Truth. God led them to call 27-year-old James
MacDonald to be their pastor in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. By God’s hand, Harvest Bible Chapel has grown into a healthy, functioning fellowship of over 14,000 individuals on seven Chicagoland campuses.
HBC NORTH PHOENIX | 2007
Harvest Bible Chapel North Phoenix met for the first time on October 2, 2005 with a Core Group of 25 people. In April, 2007, they became an official video extension campus of Harvest Bible Chapel in Chicago, following some transitional work the Lord was doing in the church. In March, 2008, through prayer and discussion the North Phoenix Campus began the work towards becoming an official local church plant under the leadership of Harvest Bible Fellowship. Since 2008, Harvest Bible Chapel North Phoenix has grown into a thriving fellowship serving the Scottsdale and North Phoenix communities as well as other surrounding communities.
HARVEST WEST VALLEY | 2014
In May of 2013 the elders of Harvest North Phoenix agreed that God was opening a door to plant in the west valley of Phoenix. Seth and Lori Kleeberger moved to Chicago for four-months of training at the Harvest Training Center for church planting with the goal of undertaking the mission of planting Harvest Bible Chapel West Valley with the same bible-preaching, Christ-exalting, disciple-making passion that has stood as the testimony of Harvest Bible Chapel North Phoenix, Chicago, and the 100+ Harvest Bible Fellowship plants around the world. We officially launched as a church May 4th of 2014. We are praising God to be a part of this kingdom work.
